Frequently Asked Questions

I work primarily with women—who feel chronically exhausted, overwhelmed, and stuck despite doing “all the right things.” Many are high-functioning on the outside but deeply depleted on the inside.
Common concerns include burnout, chronic fatigue, weight loss resistance, skin issues, depression/anxiety, food sensitivities, hormone imbalance, and feeling worse when trying to eat healthy or take supplements.
Most of my clients have tried diets, supplements, or conventional testing and are looking for a deeper, more sustainable approach to restoring energy and resilience.

Yes—with intention.
While I primarily work with women, many of my clients choose to include their children and husbands as part of their care. I love supporting families, especially when we can align nutrition, lifestyle, and foundational health together.
That said, children and men are typically supported within the context of a family plan or after an initial assessment has been completed with the primary client. This helps ensure recommendations are appropriate, conservative, and supportive for each individual.

Yes—pregnancy support is available on a case-by-case basis.
My approach during pregnancy is gentle and focused on supporting the body’s natural adaptations rather than aggressive intervention. The goal is to build nutritional reserves, support stress resilience, and promote a stable environment for both mother and baby.
If you are pregnant (or trying to conceive), we’ll discuss your current stage, history, and goals to determine whether support is appropriate and what level of care makes the most sense.

My work is process-based, not symptom-chasing.
We start by understanding how your body is producing (or struggling to produce) energy, how stress and nutrient depletion are showing up physiologically, and what may be slowing healing beneath the surface. From there, we build a clear, step-by-step plan focused on restoring capacity—rather than forcing the body to “push through.”
This is a guided, supported process that unfolds over time, not a one-size-fits-all protocol.

Most conventional labs are designed to detect disease—not depletion, compensation, or early dysfunction.
It’s very common for someone to be told everything looks “normal” while their body is operating in survival mode. We look at patterns, trends, mineral balance, stress physiology, and energy production to understand how your body is functioning—not just whether it meets a reference range.
-
That’s extremely common—and often very informative.
Many people haven’t failed at healing; they’ve simply been given tools out of sequence or applied without enough foundational support. My approach focuses on when and why the body is ready for certain inputs, rather than adding more things to an already overwhelmed system.
-
I focus on rebuilding the body’s foundation—especially mineral balance, stress resilience, and energy production—so healing can happen naturally instead of being forced.
Rather than constantly asking “What should I take?” we ask, “What does the body need in order to respond?” This often means doing less at first, moving more intentionally, and restoring safety and capacity before addressing deeper layers.
This creates a more sustainable path to healing, especially for women who feel stuck or sensitive to traditional protocols.
-
Testing is used strategically and only when it adds clarity.
Depending on your situation, this may include hair mineral analysis, functional blood work, gut testing, hormone testing, or other targeted assessments. Testing is never used in isolation—it’s always interpreted in context with symptoms, history, and your current capacity.
-
This work may not be a good fit if you’re looking for a quick fix, a rigid protocol, or someone to override your body’s signals.
It’s best suited for those who are open to a process, willing to slow down when needed, and interested in building long-term resilience—for themselves and often for their families as well.

This work is not for someone looking for an aggressive detox or generic protocol. It’s best suited for women who want a thoughtful, personalized, systems-based approach.
